Indoor Event Space Rentals

Corona Heritage Park offers two indoor meeting spaces that cater to your indoor event rental needs– The Meeting Hall or The Conference Room

OPTION ONE
Meeting Hall

ROOM SIZE : 18' x 70' well-lighted space with 10' ceilings

CAPACITY : Up to 100 persons theatre-style or 70 persons dining

 

PRICING : $200 two-hour booking minimum, $75 /hour each hour after.

 

DEPOSIT : $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

 

AVAILABILITY : 7am-10pm, two-hour minimum booking requirement*

 

INCLUDED, UPON REQUEST (1) podium, (70) padded, steel-framed chairs, (8) 6' folding tables, and (1) 11' buffet/boardroom table.

Ideal For:

  • Community Gatherings

  • Celebrations: Parties, Showers, etc.

  • Dance/Exercise Classes

  • Seminars, Training 

  • Etc.

OPTION TWO
Conference Room

ROOM SIZE : 18' x 28' well-lighted, carpeted

CAPACITY : Up to 30 persons

PRICING : $100 for two-hour booking, $40 per hour each hour after

 

DEPOSIT : $250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit

AVAILABILITY : 7am-8pm, two-hour minimum booking requirement*

 

INCLUDED, UPON REQUEST : 30 padded, steel-framed chairs, tables, large chalkboard, coffee maker

Ideal for:​

  • Workshops

  • Depositions

  • Support Groups : AA, NA, etc.

  • Resource Groups

  • Etc.

FAQs

Can we have early access to the space?

The conference room and meeting room allow access for set-up 15-minutes prior to your rental start time. If more time is desired, it should be included in the rental/booking time. Early access is not allowed for Happy Art Lab.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit card (+3% fee)

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, for the conference room and meeting room rentals – a $250 damage/cleaning deposit (in addition to the event rental cost) is required and will be refunded via check assuming no damages to property, etc. Happy Art Lab requires a nonrefundable 50% downpayment at the time of rental agreement completion.
