Meeting Hall
Great for meetings, seminars, presentations, intimate indoor weddings, showers, parties and receptions.

Size: 18' x 70' well-lighted and comfortable space
Capacity: 100 persons theatre-style or 70 persons dining
Features: Immediately adjacent parking and two restrooms
New A/C and heating systems, amplified podium and 10' ceilings
Entire room area is fully-suspended professional wooden dance floor
Walls decorated with beautiful and interesting historic museum art
No extra charge for 70 deep-padded steel-framed chairs,
eight 6' tables and a 11' buffet/boardroom table
You may bring in other tables, chairs, etc., for your needs

$150 first two hours (minimum)
$50 per hour each hour after
$250 refundable cleaning/damage deposit
Available 7am-10pm

• Available Fridays and Sundays most of the year.
• Available weekday mornings and afternoons.
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold date.
• Book in the Manager's Office, 10 am - 2 pm, Tues - Fri,
otherwise booking is by appointment only.
• Booking/payments not accepted by phone.
• Plan your rental time carefully for decorating,
clean-up and your event. Others may have reserved
the room immediately before and/or after you.
• Because of busy usage schedules, you have only
15 minutes before and after for set-up and clean-up.
If you need longer, you need to reserve more time.


Conference Room
Quiet, private space for depositions, training, board, HOA and club meetings

Size: 18' x 28' well-lighted and fully carpeted
Capacity: 30 persons with convenient outside patio for smokers
Features: Immediately adjacent parking and two restrooms
New A/C and heating systems, many natural-light windows
No extra charge for 30 comfortable steel-framed Lifetime chairs,
tables, large chalkboard, TV, video/dvd player and coffeemakers

$60 first two hours (minimum)
$20 per hour each hour after
Refundable cleaning/damage deposit
Available 7am-10pm

• Not available on Saturday evenings, March - November.
